Beautiful Greensport Marina is located at 1000 Greensport Rd. Ashville , Al. It is between Rainbow City, Al. and Ashville, Al. Greensport Marina has been home to several types of boat racing over the years. In the 70's APBA's Pro Division raced there. In the 80's and 90's over 200 MPH Drag Boats raced there. In 97 and 98 AOF had there national cahmpionships there. There is over 35 years of boat racing history at Greensport Marina. I have never been to a more Beautiful site in all my life and the water is some of the best that I've ever raced on. The owners of Greensport, well they are all very special to me and they have always made me feel more than welcome . Anyone that has ever spent a weekend there at the lake or launched a fishing boat from there they know exactly what I'm saying. If you ever visit Greensport Marina I promise you will leave with a smile on your face. Thank you Mr. and Mrs. Evans, their son Dave, Rick and Beth for being so nice to me.
